We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Bottleshop Attendant to join the team at the Morphett Arms Hotel Thirsty Camel.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, can work well as part of a team and is looking for consistent casual hours.
About the role
You’ll be responsible for providing great customer service while assisting with the day-to-day operation of our bottleshop, including:
- Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Processing sales and handling cash/EFTPOS accurately
- Restocking shelves and fridges
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-presented bottleshop
- Checking stock and assisting with deliveries
- Following responsible service of alcohol (RSA) requirements
- Ensuring age verification and liquor licensing requirements are followed
- Working as part of the wider Morphett Arms team
About you We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a positive and approachable attitude
- Enjoys providing great customer service
- Is reliable,
punctual and well presented
- Can work independently as well as part of a team
- Is comfortable working in a busy environment
- Has good attention to detail
- Holds a current RSA or is willing to obtain one
- Is available to work a range of shifts, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays
Previous bottleshop or retail experience is preferred, but not essential. Training will be provided to the right person.
