The bit that will actually interest you

We are investing heavily in AI and in process to take the grind out of bookkeeping. A preparation team handles the heavy lifting behind you, and the tools we are building take care of more of the repetitive work every quarter. What that buys you is time with clients: understanding their business, answering the questions they actually have, and making sure the service is delivered properly.

You would help shape that. The people doing the work decide what gets built next, and your day-to-day is the best evidence of what is worth automating.

Growth businesses that want their numbers to mean something, not just be lodged. You would be talking to owners about what the file is telling them, which is a different job to the one you have now.

The role





- Look after a portfolio of client files end to end, including the relationship

- Prepare BAS and IAS

- Be the client's main point of contact and make sure the service lands on time and properly

- Work with the preparation team behind you so your time goes to clients, not to coding

- Run onboarding for new bookkeeping clients: file setup, chart of accounts, app stack

- Feed the roadmap of building bookkeeping AI, based on what actually slows you down

You

- Comfortable taking a messy file and handing back a clean one without supervision

- Confident with clients on the phone, not just in the file

- Xero, QuickBooks, Hubdoc, Dext

- Full Australian working rights

The package

- $75,000 to $90,000 base plus 12% super plus bonuses

- 2pm Fridays, monthly RDO option, two days from home

- Part time considered, including school hours
