Role Summary

Foresight Digital is looking for a digital generalist to manage client accounts, deliver work, and promote exceptional outcomes for clients.

The role would suit someone who has worked in digital agencies as a PM, Producer or Senior Account Manager, but doesn’t necessarily want to be bound by the conventions of those roles.

An experienced generalist, with a strategic mindset who understands the digital ecosystem and how the performance marketing components work together would complement our team nicely. Facilitator is a good word for it, glue is another. Someone who appreciates systems and the relationships between actions and outcomes, who is sensitive to the nuance within different communication styles (internal and client facing), the various roles people occupy, requirements and degrees of accountability.

A thinker with a point of view, who can bring it into a client conversation without being prompted.

Please note, Agency experience is mandatory.

Core Responsibilities

- Attend client meetings (not all clients, just those where an additional layer of support is required.) These are generally longer term engagements, meaning you can develop relationships effectively
- Manage overarching client communications for selected clients/where required
- Onboard new clients
- Oversee delivery of selected pieces of work — quality-checking against strategic intent, suitability for purpose
- Deliver hands-on work where it's the best use of your time,

Simple example: Client monthly reports are valuable when they remain anchored to the client’s strategic objectives, effectively communicating the value delivered against those objectives. They are also valuable where an understanding of market shifts and relevant actions are detailed. They are also valuable when they speak to the intended audience(s), appreciating that is often a number of different stakeholders with varied responsibilities. Required Experience & Capabilities

- Comprehensive working understanding of Paid Media Advertising, and the ability to engage in strategic discussion around it
- Project management experience is ideal. We remain in the business of managing time, money and standards
- Strong digital literacy — understands how channels (paid, organic, social, CRM, analytics) work together to produce a business outcome
- Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work. If we can sensibly outsource repetitive activity to automation, it means our efforts go towards activity that elevates our qualified experience while benefiting our clients
- Generalist by design — curious by nature, breadth over narrow specialism

Work Arrangement
- Remote
- Part-time — approx. 20-25 hours/week
- Ideally spread across 5 days; 8AM - 1PM or 9AM - 2PM

Who do we serve?
- Our core client focus is on Lead Gen clients (SaaS, Building Industry) and Shopify eCommerce. We also service a suite of Not For Profit clients
