Child Care Services Australia is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Data Entry Officer to join our team in Salisbury Downs SA 5108.

This is a part-time position working 2 days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday), 7.5 hours per day.

About the Role

You will be responsible for providing bookkeeping, data entry, and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities

- Data entry and maintenance of financial records

- Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing

- Bank reconciliations

- Invoice processing and filing

- General bookkeeping duties

- Administrative support as required

Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous bookkeeping and/or data entry experience

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Experience with accounting software (Reckon One experience highly regarded)





- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
