Bookkeeper 2 days per week in the office - 16 hours per week

Must have MYOB experience, also Workshop Mate an advantage but not necessary (can receive training) - these two programs sync together. Excel advantage but not necessary.

Accounts Receivable and Payable, end of month bank reconciliations, prepare monthly suppliers invoices for payment, making payments, checking and replying to emails, sending customer statements and following up on payments, working with company accountant. Accountant to complete BAS and IAS.

Answering phone when required.

Payroll experience is an advantage but only required if payroll officer is away or requires help but not necessary.

Working in family business in small friendly office with 3 employees and factory with 4 employees based in Sunshine North - days and time versatile and can be discussed.

Resume and Reference is a must

Pay: $36.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16.0 per week
