ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking Team Member to join our Barnawartha team.

Every day is different, but you'll be helping to:

- Serve great coffee and food to our customers
- Deliver friendly, genuine customer service
- Process sales and handle cash accurately
- Keep the store clean, safe and looking its best
- Maintain merchandising and promotional displays
- Follow safety and operational procedures
- Work as part of a supportive team while confidently working independently

We're offering a minimum of 16 hours per week, with the opportunity to work up to 5 days including weekends. Exact days and number of shifts will be discussed during your interview.

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone who:

- Has barista or café experience, ideally in a high-volume environment
- Has a genuine passion for coffee and getting the consistency right every time
- Loves delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Has experience in a customer-facing role and handling cash
- Is well presented, reliable and communicates confidently
- Can stay organised and positive when things get busy
- Enjoys being part of a close-knit team but can also work independently
- Is flexible and willing to help cover or swap shifts across the team when needed

THE IMPORTANT STUFF Our stores are open 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays, so flexibility is important.

You will need reliable transport to get to and from work safely, particularly for early morning, late evening or overnight shifts.
