/n As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the Brooklyn branch, ensuring the business achieves or exceeds sales, margin and operational targets. /n Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will lead a team across sales, warehouse and branch operations while driving customer service excellence and business growth. /n Key responsibilities include: /n /n

- Leading and developing a high-performing branch team

/n

- Managing branch sales, profitability and operational performance

/n

- Monitoring sales and margin performance and implementing improvement strategies

/n

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers

/n

- Identifying opportunities to grow revenue and expand market share

/n

- Managing branch inventory, stock control and stocktakes

/n

- Overseeing warehouse operations, safety and security standards

/n





- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and Work Health & Safety requirements

/n

- Managing branch administration, reporting, invoicing, banking and debtors

/n

- Conducting regular team meetings, coaching and performance reviews

/n

- Supporting and developing team capability through training and mentoring

/n

- Handling complex customer enquiries and delivering exceptional customer service

/n

- Working closely with Sales Representatives and Regional Leadership to achieve business objectives

- Robust leadership and people management experience

- Demonstrated experience managing branch, warehouse,



retail or trade operations

- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills

- Sound understanding of financial performance, margins and account management

/n

- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

/n

- Strong understanding of Work Health & Safety principles

- Diploma or Degree in Business or a related field

- Experience within the heavy vehicle, transport, automotive, industrial or trade sectors

/n

- Knowledge of truck and trailer parts

/n

- Experience managing multiple functions including sales, warehouse and customer service teams
