In this role, you’ll take the lead in our kitchen ensuring our residents enjoy nutritious, high-quality, and delicious meals in a warm, community-focused environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Prepare and cook fresh, quality meals for residents
- Complete food preparation and bulk cooking
- Prepare texture-modified meals in line with resident dietary requirements
- Complete general kitchen duties, including dishwashing and clean-down
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
- Follow relevant dietary and food service requirements

Who You Are

- You hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- You’ve worked in a fast-paced kitchen, and while aged care experience is a plus, a background in hotels, hospitals, or busy cafes is highly valued.
- Someone who is reliable, organised and comfortable working independently




- A willingness to learn the specific requirements of aged-care catering, including IDDSI and texture-modified food preparation
