About the Role

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic, client-facing person to join our design and signage team. You'll spend your time visiting client sites around Australia and New Zealand, and creating the mockups and documentation that turn those visits into finished work our clients can rely on. This role suits someone who thrives on variety over routine, picks things up rapid, and is happy to jump in wherever the business needs a hand — whether that's a site visit, a design task, or supporting another part of the team for a day. You'll work closely with our current Brand Specialist, who'll show you the ropes, with a clear path to take on more responsibility as you grow into the role.

What You'll Do

Site Auditing

- Visit client sites across Australia and New Zealand to check on signage and painting requirements
- Take measurements, photos, and notes to capture what's needed at each site, to the standard our enterprise clients expect
- Represent PaintCo professionally and confidently when on site with clients

Mockups & Design

- Create signage and painting mockups using Adobe software (full training provided — you just need a basic working understanding of the Adobe suite)
- Turn site information into clear, accurate visuals ready for client sign-off and production




- Update and reissue mockups based on feedback

Beyond the Core Role

- Pitch in across other areas of the business as needed — no two weeks look exactly the same at PaintCo, and we value people who are up for that

What We're Looking For

- Enthusiasm and a fast learning curve — you don't need signage or painting experience, but you'll need to pick things up quickly and hold yourself to a high standard
- A basic, working understanding of Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign) — we'll build on this with training
- A confident, personable manner — you'll be representing PaintCo directly with enterprise clients on site
- Comfortable with variety, and happy to jump between tasks or teams as needed
- Strong attention to detail — our clients don't tolerate inconsistency, and neither do we
- Willingness to travel regularly to sites across Australia and New Zealand, including overnight/multi-day trips
- A valid driver's licence
- A valid passport (or willingness to obtain one)
