- 8–10 years of experience in Broadcom Automic Workload Automation/n
- Strong hands-on expertise in Automic Jobs, Workflows, Events, Calendars, Variables, and Notifications/n
- Proven experience in solution design (HLD/LLD) and enterprise scheduling strategies/n
- Experience with Automic upgrades including AWI, UTF8 migration, DB upgrades, and CAPKI/n
- Robust troubleshooting skills for platform, agent, and workflow issues/n
- Knowledge of ITIL processes – Incident, Problem, and Change Management/n
- Scripting skills in Shell, PowerShell, or Python/n

/n Key Responsibilities:/n

- Design and implement complex workload automation solutions using Automic/n
- Develop and maintain Jobs, JOBP workflows, Schedules, Events, and Calendars/n
- Lead Automic upgrade planning, execution, validation, and stabilisation/n
- Provide L3 support, root cause analysis, and problem management/n
- Ensure governance compliance for changes, releases, and audits/n
- Coordinate with stakeholders, infra teams, and vendors/n
- Drive continuous improvement through standardisation and automation hardening/n
