About the Business Our client is a dynamic residential investment builder servicing the investment home buyer market. They have established strong systems in house to ensure their growth is sustainable.

About the Position

Currently an opportunity exists for a motivated Building Supervisor to join their team in the Hervey Bay area, building investment only builds.

Responsibilities will include

- Managing investment homes in your area
- Coordination of trades and materials for housing projects
- Manage Onsite companion schedules
- Quality control and QA reporting prior to job handover

Skills and Experience Suitable candidates must demonstrate the following:

- Trade qualified with minimum 6 months volume home supervising experience




- Strong trade management and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- QLD Supervisors licence or working towards with Cert IV Building
