About the Role

Loadmaster is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery and optimisation of technology solutions across construction and infrastructure projects.

Working closely with project managers, engineers, commercial teams, operational stakeholders and technical specialists, you will analyse business processes, identify technology requirements and help deliver systems that improve project delivery, operational efficiency, compliance, reporting and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities In this role, you will:

· Work with project managers, engineers, commercial teams and corporate stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.

· Review manual and spreadsheet-based construction processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation.

· Analyse workflows across project delivery, procurement, contract administration, document control, cost management and site operations.

· Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.

· Develop business requirements documents, functional specifications, process maps and workflow designs.

· Support the implementation, configuration and optimisation of construction management, ERP, document management, workforce management and reporting systems.

· Design improved business processes and streamlined project workflows using appropriate modelling techniques.

· Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, software developers and technical teams.

· Assist with project plans, implementation schedules,



resource requirements and risk management activities.

· Develop and execute system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), including defect identification and resolution.

· Prepare user documentation, training materials and deliver user training.

· Provide ongoing support to construction and corporate users.

· Help ensure technology solutions align with relevant construction regulations, contractual requirements, and quality standards.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

· A Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related discipline.

· At least 2 years' relevant experience as a Business Analyst, or in a similar role.

· Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis and solution design.

· A strong understanding of construction project lifecycles, contract management, project controls and site operations.

· Experience with construction management, ERP, asset management, document management, scheduling or project collaboration systems.

· Demonstrated experience in process mapping, systems integration and solution implementation.

· Knowledge of Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies.

· Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills.

· The ability to translate complex business needs into practical technology solutions.

· Relevant professional certifications will be highly regarded.
