/n Permanent | National Australian Brand | Modern Product & Delivery Environment /n /n If you’re a Business Analyst who thrives in fast‑moving, customer‑centric environments, where technology directly impacts Retail operations, supply chain, fulfilment, and digital experiences, this role will feel like home. /n /n This business is currently modernising its Enterprise systems across eCommerce, Supply Chain, ERP, CRM, and Retail Operations, and we’re searching for a Technology‑savvy BA who can bring structure, clarity, and delivery discipline across these product domains. /n /n You’ll work across Technology, and key business functions such as Retail Operations, Supply Chain & Logistics, Warehousing, Customer, and Digital, helping uplift BA practices and shaping how the business delivers change. You’ll join a collaborative BA team with strong knowledge transfer and work with a hands‑on leader, so if you enjoy being the connective tissue between commercial Retail operations, digital channels, and technology delivery, you’ll thrive here! /n /n Retail, Supply Chain & eCommerce Initiatives /n /n

- Map and improve processes across Retail operations, supply chain & logistics, inventory, replenishment, fulfilment, order management, store operations, eCommerce, and customer experience.

/n

- Work closely with SMEs to understand pain points in ERP, CRM, Enterprise Business Systems, and eCommerce platforms.





/n

- Shape requirements that directly influence how products move, how customers buy, and how stores operate.

/n /n /n Requirements & Discovery /n /n

- Lead workshops and discovery sessions across multiple business units.

/n

- Analyse current‑state processes and identify improvement opportunities.

/n

- Produce high‑quality artefacts: BRD's, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes, data mapping • Break down features into explicit, dev‑ready stories.

/n /n /n Solution Design & Technical Analysis /n /n

- Partner with Business Teams & SME's, Engineering and Architecture to validate feasibility.

/n

- Define and document BRD's, functional specs, data flows, integration requirements, and API artefacts.

/n

- Support API and integration design discussions across ERP, CRM, OMS, and eCommerce platforms.

/n /n /n Stakeholder Engagement & Communication /n /n

- Build strong relationships across national retail, supply chain, and digital teams.

/n

- Translate technical concepts into business language (and vice versa).

/n

- Support pipeline planning and capacity discussions with the Head of Delivery.
