The opportunity An established Brisbane engineering manufacturer is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow its customer base across mining, OEM and agriculture.

This role suits someone who knows how to uncover a customer’s challenge, work with a technical team and turn that conversation into a practical solution.

You’ll build on existing relationships while opening doors to new customers and projects.

What you’ll bring

- A solid track record in business development and solution selling
- An active network across mining, OEM manufacturing or agriculture
- Confidence engaging customers, understanding their requirements and managing opportunities through to close
- The ability to work closely with estimators,



engineers and production teams
- An understanding of CNC machining or precision engineering would be highly regarded

You don’t need to be a machinist. You do need to be commercially driven, curious about how things are made and comfortable selling solutions that are shaped around each customer’s needs.
