/n Company : Sime Darby Fleet Services Pty Ltd/n With a network of branches across WA, QLD, NSW & VIC Corefleet has become a supplier of choice in the provision of light commercial vehicle rental, lease, including set-up and maintenance, for the mining, oil and gas and civil construction sectors. /n A new opportunity now exists for a Business Development Manager - North QLD. Reporting to the Eastern Regional Manager this position will be based out of our Mackay branch with regular travel to our Moranbah branch. This position plays a pivotal role in managing and maintaining the existing client base, whilst pursuing growth and new business development in accordance with the regional sales, marketing and account management objectives. /n The key responsibilities are as follows: /n /n

- Development and execution of a regional sales plan to ensure short and long-term objectives for sales, profit and market position are achieved

/n

- Identify and develop new business within the North QLD region via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing deals

/n





- Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle

/n

- Providing accurate and timely feedback on market conditions, customer and project developments using the tools provided

/n

- Providing accurate and timely reports as required

/n /n The successful candidate will possess the following attributes: /n /n

- Demonstrated experience in a business to business sales position

/n

- Proven business development experience and sales results

/n

- Experience working within the motor vehicle industry or an industrial services environment

/n

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Commerce, Business or related discipline advantageous

/n

- Effective communication skills

/n

- Effective decision making and problem-solving skills

/n

- Advanced report writing skills

/n

- A high level of proficiency in MS Office suite

/n

- Licence to drive manual vehicles (C class) essential
