/n Business Development Manager – QLD | Renewable Energy & Battery Storage /n Brisbane, QLD /n /n Our client is one of Australia's leading battery energy storage manufacturers, and they're growing. /n /n We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to own the Queensland territory and build it into something bigger. /n /n This is a hands-on role. You'll manage and grow relationships with distribution partners across QLD, get in front of installers and end customers, and drive real demand for a product range that spans residential through to C&I; (up to 2MW, on-grid and off-grid). /n /n What you'll be doing: /n /n
- Building and growing distribution partner relationships across QLD
/n
- Meeting installers and distributors face to face to drive channel demand
/n
- Developing direct relationships with end customers where relevant
/n
- Generating leads, running client meetings, and preparing proposals and quotes
/n
- Representing the business at industry events
/n
- Keeping a pulse on market trends and competitor activity
/n
- Feeding sales and market insights back to the business

- Sales or BD experience within the energy industry
/n
- Someone who's happy working autonomously and owns their territory
/n
- A relationship builder who wants to be in front of customers, not just on the phone

- Solid communication and presentation skills

- Proactive, organised, and self-motivated
