- Utilise your scaffolding knowledge and industry contacts to create new business opportunities with Tier 1 commercial construction clients /n
- Build strong business relationships with Project Managers, Procurement, Contract Administrator and Site Managers /n
- Provide quotes and solutions to potential clients /n
- Manage sales pipeline and future business opportunities /n




- Conduct pre and post-evaluations of projects /n
- Work with the Branch Manager and Operational teams to ensure service level agreements are achieved /n
- Plan and execute territory sales plans /n
- Respond to tender requests and negotiate supply contracts /n
- Monitor competitor activities and market activities /n /n

Requirements/n To be successful in the role, it is essential that you have proven experience within the Scaffolding, Building and Construction or Equipment Hire industries. Working previously on medium to large-scale commercial projects, you will demonstrate: /n /n

- Exceptional rapport-building and relationship management skills /n
- Robust verbal and written communication skills /n
- Excellent project management skills /n
- A can-do-attitude /n
- Technical knowledge or hands-on Scaffolding experience is an advantage /n /n
