Durga's has been operating in the hospitality industry for over 13 years. With 4 stores currently accross Sydney and Brisbane, we are now looking for a motivated young person to join our longstanding business as we prepare for expansion.

This role entails a dynamic presence where you will be assisting in running the business smoothly, particularly in the backend as we grow our product variety and customer base, while also being present in-store for a customer facing role when required.

As our business continues to grow, there will be plenty of opportunities to take on greater responsibilities, additional hours, develop new skills and progress within the company.

Key responsibilities include

- Supplier communication: Liaising with suppliers, sourcing products, negotiating prices and coordinating orders.
- New product launches:



Assisting with product development, sourcing and launching new products across our stores.
- Marketing: Helping plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and other growth initiatives.
- Store operations: Assisting in-store when required, including cashier duties, customer service and general store operations.
- Administration: Maintaining records, following up on tasks and handling general administrative duties.
- Business growth: Working directly with the directors to implement current ideas, improve existing processes and support business expansion.

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7.0 – 20.0 per week
