Business Operations & Marketing Coordinator
NeuroLead Pty Ltd | Sunshine Coast, QLD
Full-time | Reporting to the General Manager
About NeuroLead
NeuroLead is a Sunshine Coast-based high-performance leadership company working with organisations and leadership teams across Australia and around the world.
We help leaders better understand themselves, their people and how they perform, particularly when the pressure is on.
We're a small, energetic and ambitious team with a growing international footprint. As the business continues to scale, we're investing in the people, systems and processes that will support our next stage of growth.
We're now looking for a Business Operations & Marketing Coordinator to join us.
The Role
This is a broad role for someone who loves organisation, systems, technology and creative content, and who enjoys making a business work better and look better.
Reporting directly to our General Manager, you'll work across the NeuroLead business, alongside our Project & Deployment Coordinator, Brand & Marketing Manager, leadership team and external partners.
Part of your role will be hands-on operational and administrative support. Another part will be supporting our marketing, content and events. But we're looking for more than a great administrator.
We want someone who will help us look at how we operate, identify opportunities to improve, and then help drive those improvements.
That could mean helping us select and implement a CRM, improving our Microsoft 365 environment, building smarter workflows with AI tools like Claude, supporting our LearnWorlds learning platform, editing a short video for social, or simply spotting a manual process that could be done much better.
You won't inherit perfectly developed systems. You'll help us build them.
What you'll be doing
Operations and systems
- Provide broad operational and administrative support across the business.
- Support the General Manager with projects, actions, reporting and business priorities.
- Work alongside our Project & Deployment Coordinator to support international and Australian projects.
- Help us evaluate, introduce and improve business systems,
potentially including CRM, project management, workflow and reporting platforms.
- Help develop our use of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and other business technology.
- Use and help embed AI tools (Claude) across the business to automate, simplify and improve how we work.
- Support the administration and ongoing development of our online learning platform (LearnWorlds).
- Maintain accurate business, client and project information.
- Develop and maintain procedures, templates, registers and workflows.
- Assist with employee and contractor onboarding, documentation and records.
- Coordinate meetings, actions and internal initiatives.
Marketing, content and events
- Work alongside our Brand & Marketing Manager to support marketing campaigns, content and initiatives.
- Edit and produce short-form video and social content using tools like CapCut and Canva.
- Help schedule and coordinate content across our social channels, website and newsletters.
- Support the planning and delivery of events, conferences, webinars and workshops, from logistics and registrations to on-the-day support.
- Help capture content from programs and events, and keep our content and asset libraries organised.
And everything in between
- Jump in and help wherever required. We're a growing business and no two weeks will look exactly the same.
About You
You don't need to have held this exact job title before.
You may currently be a Marketing Assistant, Marketing or Events Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Business Administrator, Project Coordinator or Executive Assistant who's become known as the person who gets things organised and finds better ways of doing things.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is highly organised and loves creating order.
- Is naturally curious about systems, technology and AI.
- Learns new software quickly and isn't afraid to experiment.
- Has strong Microsoft 365 skills.
- Has an eye for valuable content and enjoys creating it.
- Can manage multiple priorities without needing constant direction.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Communicates confidently and builds strong relationships.
- Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
- Looks at an inefficient process and thinks, "There has to be a better way."
- Is comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team.
- Brings energy, initiative and a sense of humour.
Experience with any of the following would be a real advantage:
- AI tools, particularly Claude
- LMS platforms, particularly LearnWorlds
- Video and content editing tools such as CapCut and Canva
- Social media scheduling and marketing platforms
- Event coordination
- SharePoint, Power Automate, CRM systems, project management software, reporting tools or workflow automation
That said, we're equally interested in your ability to learn and improve things.
Why NeuroLead?
This isn't a role where you'll disappear into one department of a large organisation.
You'll work directly with our General Manager and across the entire business. You'll see how decisions are made, how international projects come together, how a brand is built and how a growing company builds the systems it needs for its next stage.
You'll also have the chance to shape the role.
As NeuroLead grows, we'd like this person to increasingly become the internal owner of the systems, processes and operational disciplines that help us scale.
We're serious about what we do, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. We're looking for a capable, grounded person who enjoys working with good people and wants to make a genuine contribution.
If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Please submit your resume and a short cover letter outlining your experience and interest in the role to *@neurolead.net.au. Links to any content you've created or edited are welcome too.
