We are looking for a friendly and reliable Cafe All-Rounder to join our team at Coffee Flower in Norwest.
We are open to part-time, casual or full-time applicants depending on your availability and experience.
About the Role
You will be working across different areas of the cafe, including:
- Taking customer orders and providing friendly service
- Running food and drinks to tables
- Clearing and cleaning tables
- Preparing simple drinks and food items
- Assisting with basic kitchen preparation when required
- Washing dishes and maintaining a clean work area
- Helping with opening and closing duties
- Supporting the barista and kitchen team during busy periods
Barista experience is a bonus but is not essential for the right person.

- Previous cafe, hospitality or customer service experience preferred
