- Available day time shifts: 8:30am - 8:00pm or 11:00am - 8:00pm, or an evening shift 7:00pm - Midnight 4 on 4 off​ covering the 7 day week (All roles required for at least 2 weeks full time training, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm from start date) /n

/n /n /n ​ /n Do you want a role where you can make a difference? /n ​ /n What you’ll be doing as a Call Operator /n Answering incoming calls from Residents, responding to situations including emergencies, fire alarms and security entry calls. Sometimes people are just looking to hear a friendly voice. /n /n

- Accurately logging each call and inputting information into our CRM call handling platform

- Being an integral part of a supportive team that provides the best possible experience for Residents

/n /n ​ /n What we are looking for /n /n

- Customer service experience whether that be from call centres, retail, hospitality, or the care sector

- Excellent communication skills. Someone who is motivated, reliable, resilient, flexible, calm in a crisis and great problem-solving

- Someone with an empathetic approach
