Silver Sponge is a WA-owned hand car wash and detailing business with 29 + locations across Perth and Western Australia. For more than 20 years, our teams have helped customers keep their cars looking their best through careful hand washing, interior cleaning and qualified detailing.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Car Washers and Vehicle Detailers to join our stores.

Flexible roster options are available, with opportunities across multiple locations accessible by public transport.

What You’ll Do

Depending on your experience and position, your duties may include:

- Hand washing and drying customer vehicles
- Cleaning wheels, tyres, windows and exterior surfaces
- Vacuuming seats, carpets, mats and boots
- Cleaning vehicle interiors and windows
- Completing detailing services such as shampooing, leather care, hand waxing, polishing and paint treatments
- Inspecting vehicles and identifying additional cleaning requirements
- Following customer instructions and special-care requests
- Moving customer vehicles safely when required
- Completing final quality checks before customer collection
- Keeping equipment and work areas clean, safe and organised
- Following chemical, equipment and workplace safety procedures
- Supporting the team during busy periods

Previous car washing, detailing or professional cleaning experience is valued, particularly for Detailer positions. Training can be provided to suitable applicants who bring the right attitude and work ethic.
