/n /n Casual Opportunity Available /n Position Information: /n We are currently seeking an experienced aged care carer to join our wonderful team and work at our Concord Masonic Village. You will play a key part in our care team by providing a wide range of personal care services to our residents. /n We are an award winning, leading aged care provider delivering best quality aged care services that are making a difference in people’s lives. /n The Royal Freemasons’ Benevolent Institution (known as RFBI) is a non-for profit (NFP) organisation that has been in operation for 146 years. We currently operate 22 residential aged care villages, 20 retirement villages and a range of home and community services across NSW and ACT. /n Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: /n /n

- Shower, dress, groom, assist with meals and make the beds

/n

- Providing basic clinical care including; wound dress, assist with medication delivery and record basic clinical observations.

/n

- Provide care management for diabetes, arthritis and other conditions.

/n

- Entering reports and observations into our computer program-iCare.

/n

- Certificate III in Aged Care

/n

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

/n

- Previous experience in an aged care workplace

/n

- An enthusiastic and motivated approach

- Current First Aid Certificate

/n

- Valid police check clearance

/n

- Must be eligible to work in Australia.
