You’ll create a welcoming environment, process transactions accurately and help ensure every customer receives qualified and efficient service. /n This is more than a traditional cashier position. Working at our Auburn flagship store means supporting customers, resolving enquiries and coordinating with departments across a large and fast-paced retail environment. /n Your responsibilities /n /n

- Deliver friendly, professional and efficient Front of House service

- Process cash, card and other transactions accurately

- Operate the point-of-sale system and provide relevant documentation

- Respond to customer enquiries and direct customers to the appropriate department

- Handle customer concerns calmly and work towards practical solutions

- Coordinate with sales, administration and management teams throughout the flagship store.

- Maintain an organised and professional Front of House area
