Phaedrus Estate is a friendly, family owned and operated cellar door on the Mornington Peninsula. We are looking for casual team members to join us as we extend our opening hours.

This is a casual position, so hours will vary week to week. We need someone who is versatile with their days — with a mix of weekday and weekend shifts. You can expect 10-20 hours of work per week, with the possibility of more over ther summer months.

Work will involve welcoming visitors, guiding them through tastings, sharing your knowledge of our wines, and helping create a memorable experience for everyone who walks through the door. You'll also prepare simple cheese platters to accompany tastings, so some basic food preparation skills are needed. Some social media skills would also be benficial.

What we're looking for

- Some wine knowledge, or a genuine interest in wine and willingness to learn about our wines.
- Basic food preparation skills (cheese platters / light food service)




- Comfortable working unsupervised
- A team player who's easy to get along with
- Friendly, warm, customer-first attitude — you'll be representing a family business
- Flexible availability across the week, as well as availability on weekends.
- Reliable and punctual
- Current RSA certification
