JBF Property Services is seeking reliable and detail-oriented casual Builders Cleaners to join our growing team.
We provide cleaning services across the Maitland, Newcastle and Lake Macquarie areas, with work available Monday to Friday.
This position would ideally suit someone looking for school-hour work, although availability may vary depending on individual job requirements.
Position Responsibilities
Duties may include
- Builders cleans and final cleans
- Cleaning newly constructed and renovated homes
- Removal of construction dust and debris
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and living areas
- Cleaning windows, glass and frames
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Detailed presentation cleaning
- Preparing properties for handover and client presentation
The role will involve a combination of team-based and independent work. Applicants must be comfortable working efficiently and maintaining a high standard of work in both situations. About You The successful applicant will be:

Essential Requirements
- Current White Card
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Own reliable vehicle
- Previous cleaning or builders cleaning experience is preferred

Location: Maitland, Newcastle & Lake Macquarie
Preferred availability: School hours
