We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual to work closely with the directors of Durga’s Paan & Falooda House, supporting daily business operations and helping prepare the business for future growth.

This is a hands-on role combining business administration, project coordination and store operations.

Key responsibilities include

- Supplier communication: Liaising with suppliers, sourcing products, negotiating prices and coordinating orders.
- New product launches: Assisting with product development, sourcing and launching new products across our stores.
- Marketing: Helping plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and other growth initiatives.
- Store operations: Assisting in-store when required, including cashier duties, customer service and general store operations.
- Administration: Managing spreadsheets, maintaining records,



following up on tasks and handling general administrative duties.
- Business growth: Working directly with the directors to implement recent ideas, improve existing processes and support business expansion.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised and willing to take initiative. You'll work alongside the directors to ensure the business runs smoothly, projects are completed and we're well prepared for future growth.

Previous experience is preferred but not essential. We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in business.

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7.0 – 21.0 per week
