Cater Care is seeking a professional, friendly and service-focused Catering Assistant to join our hospitality team at an exciting recent facility in Eastwood.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional seeking consistent evening hours in a welcoming environment. You’ll play an important role in delivering quality food, attentive service and a positive dining experience for our customers, while working alongside a supportive and professional team.

Key Responsibilities

- Creating a welcoming dining experience through professional table service and serving meals and beverages to residents
- Supporting the kitchen team with basic food preparation and daily kitchen operations
- Keeping kitchen, dining and service areas clean, organised and presentation-ready
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety
- Delivering prompt, friendly service and staying focused during busy meal periods




- Working as part of a collaborative hospitality team to ensure smooth and enjoyable service

About You

- Previous kitchen and front-of-house experience, including food preparation and service, preferably in a catering or hospitality environment
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service
- A positive, enthusiastic and professional can-do attitude
- The ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Reliable, adaptable and team-focused, with strong personal presentation, hygiene and cleanliness standards
