We are a small, hands-on team, so everyone plays an important role in delivering a great experience for our customers and supporting the day-to-day operation of the business.

The Opportunity:

Singlefile Wines is looking for casual team members available for at least 18 hours per week to join our Cellar Door and Warehouse teams in Denmark.

We have opportunities for friendly, practical, hardworking and keen people to be part of the Singlefile team/family. People who enjoy working with customers and creating great wine experiences, as well as those who prefer a hands-on role behind the scenes helping us get our wines out to customers.

Cellar Door Team Member

Our Cellar Door operates daily between 11am and 5pm (excluding Good Friday, Christmas Day and Boxing day). The role is all about creating a warm, knowledgeable and memorable experience for our visitors by:

- Welcoming visitors and conduct wine tasting experiences

- Sharing the Singlefile story,



wines and Wine Club offerings

- Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service

- Making and serving coffee

- Answering customer enquiries over the phone/email

- Assisting with wine packing and other Cellar Door tasks as required

- Being comfortable working weekends, school holidays and other busy periods.

- Ideally having hospitality, retail or wine experience

Warehouse & Dispatch Team Member

Our Warehouse team operates Monday to Friday between 10am and 6pm. This role helps ensure our wines are picked, packed and shipped accurately and efficiently to our customers. You will:

- Pick and pack wine orders

- Prepare customer orders for dispatch

- Load and move wine and inventory

- Assist with stock control and general warehouse duties

- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse

- Support the broader team during busy periods

You don't necessarily need previous wine industry experience we are happy to train the right person who has:

A positive, can-do attitude

Is reliable and takes pride in their work

Enjoys working as part of a small team

Is comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment

Is flexible and willing to pitch in wherever needed

Has a genuine interest in providing great customer service

Ideally have previous warehouse, dispatch or logistics experience

Attention to detail

Ability to perform physical work - This is a hands-on role requiring the repetitive lifting of cartons weighing up to 18kg.
