About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and organised Cellar Manager / Cellar Attendant to join the team at The Bristol.

This is a hands-on role responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the venue’s cellar and beverage storage areas. You’ll play an key role in ensuring beverage stock is received, stored, rotated and distributed efficiently across the venue, while maintaining accurate stock levels and a clean, organised cellar.

Working closely with the bar, restaurant and management teams, you’ll help ensure the venue is consistently well-stocked and ready for service across its multiple outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and check beverage deliveries against invoices and purchase orders
- Store and organise beer, wine, spirits and other beverage products appropriately
- Maintain accurate stock levels across cellar and beverage storage areas
- Distribute stock to the various bars and service areas as required
- Assist with regular stocktakes and investigate discrepancies
- Monitor stock rotation and ensure products are stored correctly
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe cellar environment
- Assist with keg changes, beverage movement and cellar-related equipment where required
- Work closely with bar and management teams to anticipate stock requirements
- Assist with ordering and replenishment where required
- Ensure all cellar operations comply with venue, food safety and WHS standards
- Support the wider team during busy service periods when required

About You:

- Previous experience in a cellar, beverage, bar or hospitality stock control role highly regarded
- Experience working within a busy restaurant, bar, pub,



hotel or entertainment venue preferred
- Strong understanding of beverage products and cellar operations
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Physically capable of safely moving and handling beverage stock
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of cellar operations
- Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- Current NSW RSA
- Flexible availability across days and some evenings and weekends
- Australian working rights
