Our client is a globally recognised property leader with a significant portfolio of premium commercial and retail assets. This role sits within their Victorian retail team, based in office at one of Melbourne's most iconic and recognisable retail destinations.

About the Role

This is a genuine opportunity to join at a pivotal moment, as the asset embarks on an exciting remix and repositioning of its retail offer. You will take full ownership of centre management and lease administration, while playing a key role in shaping the tenant mix and the future direction of the asset.

Key responsibilities include

- Developing and executing the centre's Business Plan, budgets and client reporting
- Strategically considering tenancy mix and working alongside the appointed leasing agent through the repositioning
- Managing lease administration, tenancy schedules and lease compliance
- Overseeing rent roll, billings, outgoings recoveries and arrears management
- Driving third line income including casual mall leasing,



mall media and licences
- Acting as the key on-site point of contact for the client, retailers and community stakeholders
- Supporting retailer fitouts and working closely with operations, CX and marketing across the precinct

About You

- Significant shopping centre management experience (ideally 5+ years)
- Strong commercial acumen across lease administration, outgoings budgets and arrears
- Tenant mix and leasing strategy experience highly regarded
- Confident working with institutional owners and managing a diverse range of stakeholders
- A collaborative, one-team operator who enjoys working across a broader precinct team
- Tertiary qualifications preferred
