About Our Client An organisation within the transport and distribution industry undertaking a significant enterprise-wide SAP transformation program to modernise business processes and operations.

- Analyse change impacts related to SAP systems and processes.

- Lead change impact assessments across SAP S/4HANA workstreams, with an emphasis on Non-Finance business functions.

- Analyse and document impacts across EAM, PM, SD, MM/Procurement and Inventory Management processes.

- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address change requirements.

- Provide support for training and communication initiatives.

- Monitor and report on change progress and outcomes.

- Assist in identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

- Document change activities and maintain accurate records.

- Support project teams in aligning SAP changes with organisational goals.

The Successful Applicant A successful Change Analyst SAP should have:

- Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale SAP transformation or ERP implementation programs.

- Strong understanding of SAP environments, ideally including SAP S/4HANA.

- Experience conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.

- Exposure to SAP modules such as EAM, PM, SD,



MM/Procurement, Inventory Management or related business functions.

- Strong knowledge of organisational change management methodologies and practices.

- Excellent facilitation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working within complex project or program environments.

- Experience supporting training and learning initiatives.

- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with project teams and business stakeholders.

- Change Management certifications or relevant qualifications will be highly regarded.
