Change Specialist – IT Transformation | 12-Month Contract
Newcastle | 3 days onsite per week
$708 + super per day

GWG are currently recruiting an experienced Change Specialist to support a large and complex IT environment in Newcastle.
This role will focus on the change, adoption and business readiness associated with the rollout of new technology products and services across a range of IT initiatives.
You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering change and adoption strategies, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness and go-live activities, as well as monitoring adoption and perks post-implementation.
We’re looking for
- 5+ years’ experience across change management, transformation or technology adoption
- Strong experience delivering change across IT/technology programs or projects
- Excellent communications and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience developing communications, training and adoption materials
- Confidence working across technical and business stakeholder groups
- Exposure to corporate systems, cloud, network, infrastructure, AI, data or integrations highly regarded
- Prosci or other change/project management certification desirable
- Ability to work onsite in Newcastle 3 days per week
