About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join the team at Ammos.

Working alongside the Head Chef and senior kitchen leaders, you'll play an integral role in delivering consistently high-quality dishes while maintaining excellent food, presentation and service standards.

You'll be responsible for running your section during service, preparing quality produce and working closely with the wider kitchen brigade to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who is passionate about quality food, thrives in a professional kitchen environment and is looking to further develop their skills within a premium dining venue.

We are ideally seeking a full-time Chef de Partie, however, we are also open to casual arrangements initially where this may be more suitable for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and present high-quality dishes with consistency, precision and attention to detail
- Deliver exceptional food quality while maintaining presentation and service standards
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Assist with the preparation and execution of the Ammos menu
- Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP and WHS standards at all times
- Assist with stock control, stock rotation and minimising waste
- Maintain a clean,



organised and efficient section throughout service
- Contribute positively to a high-performing kitchen culture while upholding brand standards

About You:

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a quality restaurant, hotel or premium dining environment
- Experience working in fast-paced kitchens with a strong focus on quality and consistency
- A genuine passion for quality produce and delivering exceptional food
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety and HACCP practices
- Calm, organised and able to perform under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous learning
- Full Australian working rights (sponsorship is not available for this role)
