EXPERIENCED CHEF WANTED – MONA VALE, NORTHERN BEACHES

We are a busy sushi restaurant in Mona Vale looking for an experienced chef with at least 2 years of kitchen experience.

Pay: $29–$30 per hour (cash)

Work: 5 days per week, approximately 10 hours per day

Location: Mona Vale, Northern Beaches

We are looking for someone who:

Has at least 2 years of experience working in a commercial kitchen

Is comfortable working in a busy, quick-paced kitchen

Can handle the full kitchen process, from food preparation to cooking

Has a good understanding of cooking and kitchen operations

Is reliable and able to work as part of a team

Japanese food experience is NOT required.

Solid kitchen experience and a good understanding of cooking are more important.
