Minya Bunhii Inc We are seeking a collaborative and dedicated qualified to join our team in fostering children's early education and social development. In this hands-on role, you will prepare essential materials, conduct planned activities, and actively engage with children using play as a primary method of learning.

You will also play a vital part in everyday care by supervising the children's daily routines and hygiene, assisting with behaviour management, and working closely with fellow staff members to maintain a positive, supportive room environment. Benefits What

Task & responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside Lead Educators and other team members to provide high-quality education and care to children
- Assist in preparing materials and equipment for children’s educational and recreational activities.
- Plan, prepare and conduct age-appropriate, play-based learning activities.
- Support the implementation of learning programs that promote children’s development.
- Supervise and engage with children during indoor and outdoor activities.
- Support children during daily routines, including meals, rest periods and transitions.
- Supervise and support children’s personal hygiene and general wellbeing.
- Support positive behaviour and children’s social and emotional development.
- Engage children through storytelling, reading,



games and other interactive learning experiences.
- Observe and document children’s development through observations and jottings.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in planning and delivering learning activities.
- Follow relevant centre policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the service.

Qualification & experience Qualifications & Experience To be considered for this position, applicants should have:
- Certificate III in

Early Childhood Education and Care or higher relevant qualification.
- Prior relevant experience working with children aged 0–5 years.
- Experience supervising and engaging with children during indoor and outdoor activities.
- Experience supporting or delivering age-appropriate learning activities.
- Ability to observe and document children’s learning and development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of an early childhood education team.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- A genuine commitment to supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
