Responsibilities
- Organizing and setting up items and gear for educational programs and playtime for kids
- Promoting positive interactions among children and helping them improve their social skills
- Leading and organizing engaging sessions for youngsters
- Captivating kids through interactive storytelling and playful activities
- Overseeing youth during play and leisure time
- Monitoring children's everyday schedules
- Ensuring cleanliness and personal care practices are followed by kids
Requirement:
- At least 1-year relevant experience
- Relevant Qualifications
- Be a positive person who will develop robust relationships with families, children, colleagues and the community in an inclusive manner.
- Actively join our group of educators with a focus on providing a culture of excellence in education, care and supervision of all children.
- Have excellent written and verbal skills.
- Have excellent knowledge of and the ability to successfully contribute to every element of the National Quality Standards.
- Have excellent knowledge and understanding of the
Early Years Learning Framework.
- A sound knowledge of Education and Care Services National Regulations, Legislation and Law.
Full time position salary range: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00
