Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is Costco's preferred in-house product demonstration provider. We bring products to life through engaging demonstrations, product sampling, and exceptional member experiences.

We're currently seeking Christmas Casual Sales Advisors to join our team at Costco Kilburn, Adelaide SA.

What You'll Be Doing

- Showcasing products through live demonstrations and sampling events
- Creating excitement, brand awareness and driving product sales
- Sparking conversations with Costco members and sharing product knowledge
- Preparing and marketing vendor products (food and non-food)
- Creating a welcoming and engaging experience for every member
- Setting up and maintaining attractive demonstration stations; and breakdown of event area
- Following food safety and workplace safety procedures
- Answering member questions and continuously engaging and communicating with members regarding products
- Working as part of a fun, fast-paced team environment

What We're Looking For

- Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicators
- Passionate about customer service
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to work independently and as part of a team




- Available throughout the Christmas period, including weekends
- Willing to work on a rotating roster between 10am - 5pm
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Comfortable standing for shifts of up to 6 hours
- Basic kitchen equipment skills (microwaves, ovens, skillets, etc.)

Highly regarded but not essential:

- Retail, hospitality, food service, grocery, or event marketing experience
- Warehouse experience in varying temperature environments
- RSA and/or Barista Certification
