We are seeking people with experience in a hospitality role, who are available to work across our busy Christmas period; particularly in the afternoons/evenings, weekends and school holidays.

Please note, this position will be on a maximum term contract commencing November 2026 and ending on January 31st, 2027.

About The Role In the role of Team Member at Max Brenner, a day in your life will include:

· Execute the daily operations of the store

· Provide excellent guest service while creating a memorable experience

· Prepare and serve our delicious drinks including coffees, hot chocolates and decadent milkshakes

· Prepare and serve dessert menu items including but not limited to our famous Tutti Frutti Waffles, Chocolate Fondue and decadent Pizzas

· Complete in-house training to keep you up to date

· Maintain a clean and well-presented store

About You To be successful in the role of Team Member at Max Brenner, you will have:

· Previous hospitality and/or customer service experience is essential

· Availability to work across flexible hours and days, particularly afternoons/evenings and weekends

- Passion for hospitality and love the energy that the industry brings
- Enjoy creating memorable experiences for all our guests
- Driven to provide exceptional guest service at all times
