Love great coffee, Italian food and beachside hospitality? Join the Caffetteria team at Cibaria Manly, our lively all-day venue on the Manly beachfront.

We’re looking for a skilled Barista and an enthusiastic Café All-Rounder to deliver warm, efficient service from morning coffee through to daytime dining.

What you’ll do

- Welcome guests and deliver friendly, attentive service
- Prepare and serve coffee, other beverages and light food
- Serve alcohol in accordance with NSW RSA requirements
- Operate the POS and process payments
- Restock displays and keep the café and coffee station clean and inviting
- Help with opening and closing duties
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures

Barista: You’ll take the lead on coffee preparation, maintaining quality and consistency during busy service. Proven barista experience and robust coffee knowledge are essential. Café All-Rounder: You’ll support service across the Caffetteria, from taking orders and serving guests to preparing beverages and restocking displays. At least one year’s café or hospitality experience is required. Barista skills are highly regarded.

- The ability to work efficiently during busy service
- Food handling knowledge, or willingness to complete the required training
