Hardings Group is currently offering exciting opportunities to commence a paid Civil Construction Traineeship based in Ulverstone.

These positions will commence from 2027, school leavers looking to work in the Civil Construction Industry are encouraged to apply.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a hands-on career in civil construction while gaining practical experience working on varied projects on the Northwest Coast, Tasmania. You'll receive on-the-job training, ongoing mentoring and support, while working towards a nationally recognised Certificate III in Civil Construction.

· Hands-on, outdoor work across a variety of civil construction and maintenance activities

· Based out of our Ulverstone Depot

· Work in varying outdoor and weather conditions

· Physically active role requiring a good level of fitness

· Opportunity to learn from experienced industry professionals

What You'll Need

Mandatory:

· Current driver's licence and reliable transport

· Commitment to completing a Certificate III in Civil Construction

· Reliable, motivated and willing to learn

· Comfortable working outdoors and undertaking physical work

· Strong commitment to workplace safety.
