SM Cleaning & Property Maintenance is looking for a reliable and motivated Gym Cleaner to join our cleaning team at a busy gym in Lake Haven, NSW.
About the Role
This is an ongoing evening cleaning position, responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation throughout the gym.
Location: Lake Haven, NSW
Days: 6 nights per week
Hours: From 8pm
Employment: Casual
Pay: Award rates + applicable penalties/loadings
Duties & Responsibilities
- Cleaning and sanitising gym equipment
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Scrubbing floors
- Cleaning toilets, bathrooms and showers
- Cleaning mirrors and glass
- Wiping and disinfecting high-touch surfaces
- Emptying bins
- Dusting and general cleaning
- Restocking cleaning supplies
- Maintaining a high standard of hygiene throughout the facility
- Reporting any maintenance or cleaning issues
About You We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Hardworking and takes pride in their work
- Able to work independently
- Detail-oriented
- Physically capable of performing cleaning duties
- Comfortable working evening/night shifts
- Previous commercial cleaning or gym cleaning experience is preferred but not essential
- Reliable transport is preferred
