As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a Client Service Professional to join our team in either our Brisbane or Canberra office.

Importantly, this opportunity exists because our previous Client Service Professionals have progressed into Financial Planner roles within the business. About the Role

As a Client Service Professional, you will play a central role in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting our advisers throughout the financial advice process. You will work closely with clients, advisers, product providers and professional partners to ensure advice recommendations are implemented efficiently and client needs are met with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients through exceptional service and communication
- Support advisers in the preparation, implementation and ongoing management of financial advice
- Manage client enquiries promptly and professionally
- Coordinate client meetings, annual reviews and ongoing communications
- Prepare and process documentation relating to investments, superannuation, insurance and retirement income strategies
- Liaise with product providers, accountants,



solicitors and other professional stakeholders
- Maintain accurate client records and assist with compliance requirements
- Support client onboarding and ongoing service initiatives
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of client experience and internal processes

About You

You are professional, organised and proactive, with a genuine passion for helping people and delivering outstanding client outcomes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in your work, and enjoy being part of a collaborative team.

Ideally, You Will Have

- Previous experience in financial planning, wealth management, banking, accounting or professional services
- Strong client service and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and exceptional organisational abilities
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A cooperative approach and ability to work across multiple office locations
- Experience using CRM systems and financial planning software (desirable)
- A positive attitude and strong commitment to professional development
