About the Role:
We are looking for a Client Services Administrator to join our Patient and Community Transport Services department on a Part-Time (22-30hrs p/w) 6 month Fixed Term basis.
The Client Services
Administrator provides high-quality administrative and sales customer support for the Patient and Community Transport Services department. This role is integral in ensuring seamless communication with customers, accurate and timely processing of requests, and supporting sales and service delivery outcomes. The position plays a key role in building strong customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and assisting in achieving revenue and growth targets.
What You’ll Do:
- Answering phone calls, emails, and helping with customer enquiries
- Assisting with bookings and scheduling for patient transport (e.g. medical clinic appointments)
- Preparing simple quotes for customers
- Keeping our customer records and databases up to date
- Providing admin support to the team (reports, documents, follow-ups)
- Working closely with colleagues to make sure customer needs are met.
What You’ll Need:
- Previous experience in customer service, client services, or sales administration
- Experience in healthcare, transport, or service-based industries (desirable)
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks,
prioritise workload, and meet deadlines
- Good attention to detail and confident using Microsoft Office
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
