/n About the role: /n We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Administration officer to join our beautiful Port Macquarie office with 20+ employees on site. Working with a national administration team to support business functions. This is a full time position working Monday – Friday. /n Your Duties: /n /n
- Managing Incoming telephone enquiries
/n
- Managing bookings and rescheduling for NDIS services
/n
- Front of house duties for the office, greeting clients & customers
/n
- Allocating current referrals to appropriate clinicians based on experience, location and skill set
/n
- Ownership of site presentation, cleanliness and events preparation
/n
- Completing site audits as required
/n
- Creating and updating electronic records for existing clients
/n
- Assisting with reporting as required
/n
- Other additional administration duties as required
/n /n Role requirements: /n /n
- Administration and/or reception experience (desired, but not essential)
/n
- Previous Health knowledge (desired, but not essential)
/n
- Focus on providing exceptional customer service
/n
- Exceptional communication skills with internal & external stakeholders
/n
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
/n
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
/n
- Willing to undergo a National Police Check
/n
- Hold a or be willing to obtain Working with Children or Vulnerable Person check
