Client Services Officer A well-established, privately owned and self-licensed Financial Planning practice based in Melbourne is looking for an experienced Client Services Officer to join its close-knit team.

With a reputation built on long-term relationships and personalised advice, this business supports individuals, family groups and SMSF trustees across a loyal and growing client base. Many clients have been with the firm for more than 15 years, reflecting the quality of service and genuine relationships at the heart of the business.

As a Client Services Officer, you will play a key role in supporting Advisers and delivering a high standard of service to clients. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work and genuinely cares about the client experience.

Responsibilities include

- Assisting Advisers with client management and opening new accounts
- Maintaining accurate client records and preparing files for review meetings
- Recording file notes and following up on action items from client meetings
- Managing incoming calls and responding to client enquiries
- Coordinating meetings and liaising with clients, accountants, solicitors and other stakeholders
- Proactive diary management and administrative support for Advisers
- Maintaining regulatory documentation including Fee Disclosure Statements,



Renewal Notices and Investor Certificates
- Processing investment applications, redemptions and fund transfers across a range of platforms To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience working within a financial planning practice
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using financial planning platforms and portfolio administration systems
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive approach and genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service
