Be the Go-To Person for an Exceptional Client Experience /n Are you proactive, organised, and passionate about delivering outstanding service? /n Our client is looking for a Client Liaison to support clients through the exciting journey of building their dream home. /n About the Role: /n As a key member of the team, your role is to ensure a smooth and enjoyable construction process for their clients from after contract signing through to handover. /n You’ll be the bridge between clients, construction teams, and stakeholders—answering questions, solving problems, and keeping clients informed every step of the way. /n This is a full time hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and attend the office as required. /n /n

- Client Communication: Proactively update and guide clients throughout the construction journey. /n




- Problem Solving: Address client concerns, identify issues, and work with the team to provide solutions. /n
- Coordination: Liaise with site supervisors, admin, and stakeholders to ensure timelines and expectations are met. /n
- Documentation: Manage variations, approvals, and key milestones while keeping records up to date. /n
- Experience Delivery: Provide an exceptional experience that leaves clients excited and stress-free. /n /n

Requirements/n What They Are Looking For: /n /n

- 3+ years’ experience in new home construction or a similar client-facing role. /n
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport. /n
- Attention to detail and proactive follow-up to keep everything on track. /n
- Familiarity with construction processes, CRM systems, and MS Office. /n
- A home office set-up and the ability to work autonomously. /n
- A genuine passion for delivering great client experiences. /n /n
