Job brief/n We are looking for a Client Success, Team Lead, for rapidly expanding payment technology company in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This is an immediate opening for a full time, permanent position. /n This is an ideal position for an energetic individual who prefers the dynamics of working in a small, fast paced environment. Responsibilities/n /n
- /n /n - Team Lead, supervisor experience with 4 -6 CS team members.
/n - Onboarding current Merchants from application to go live.
/n - Day to day account management with existing merchant base.
/n - Client focus, with strong phone etiquette.
/n /n Requirements/n /n
- Prior experience in a Client Success team lead role.
/n
- 2+ years' experience with a Financial Technology or SaaS company. /n
- Background in Merchant Card Processing preferred.
/n
- Willing to travel and attend seminars.
/n
- Ability to commute to an office-based position daily.
/n
- Demonstrated ability to train people
