As a Clinical Nurse - After Hours Patient Flow, you'll play an important role in ensuring patients receive safe, timely care while supporting clinical teams across the service. From coordinating patient movement and workforce resources to leading responses during critical situations, you'll help create positive outcomes for patients, staff and the wider community.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

Coordinating patient flow and staffing resources to support protected, efficient care across the hospital.

Providing clinical leadership and guidance that helps teams navigate complex situations with confidence.

Responding to incidents and after-hours challenges, ensuring timely decisions and effective escalation when needed.

Driving quality, safety and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen patient outcomes and service delivery.
