/n Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for: /n
/n
/n
/n
/n
/n /n
- Conducting clinical and site audits /n
- Undertaking Resident assessments and assisting in the development of care plans. /n
- Providing expert, best practice advice on clinical issues and areas of risk within the region. /n
- Leading regional clinical governance meetings and initiatives. /n
- Working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team /n
- Providing clinical support to Registered Nurses /n
- Coordinating and promoting continuous improvement processes and systems to staff /n
- Ensuring compliance to the Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards /n
- Acting in facility management positions when required. /n /n

Requirements/n
/n /n
- Current nursing registration with AHPRA /n
- At least 5 years’ experience in the aged care sector at RN level or higher. /n
- At least 2 years’ experience as a CNC or similar /n
- Experience in managing a facility in a FM or CM capacity (preferred) /n
- Extensive hands-on clinical care experience in an aged care setting /n
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards. /n
- Superior communication skills both verbal and written are crucial for this role /n
- High level reporting (written and verbal) and analytical skills /n
- Advanced computer skills /n
- Happy to travel across the Greater Sydney area to visit facilities. /n
- Own car and current driver’s license is essential. /n /n
